Abstract: Chinese people are very familiar with fantasy personality. Who doesn’t hope to become a righteous person in their hearts? However, righteous people are often tragic characters. This article uses the work “Written by Shu Chen, a teacher in the Northern Department of Philosophy,” as a research and discussion, and examines the tragic characteristics of Confucius and Cassier as righteous people. After briefly introducing the story of the deaths of the two philosophers, the author discusses the tragedy of the two, Qu Yuan’s self-destruction, the mission of philosophy, and the positive meaning of the correct personality. Discussions become a kind of life for a good person. cultivation methods are the virtue of daring to seek truth. No matter how difficult and painful truth is, it is often a very cool thing. To seek fantasy personality is to seek truth and to recognize the coolness of reality is to discover the limitations of its own preservation. The more people can recognize it, the more they feel pain and sad when they finally hit their faces. In the future when technology and knowledge make great progress, the difficulty of becoming a righteous person will increase. The tragic discussion of the correct personality will help people reflect on what is the most important thing in their career and how to face death.

At the end of September 2021, the author began to translate the new book “Written by Yishu: Confucianism and Cassil’s Civilized Philosophy”. This book uses Confucian philosophy of civilization and Ernst Cassirer’s symbolic sentiment philosophy to demonstrate the importance of civilization as a philosophical paradigm. Chinese philosophy (Confucian tradition) surrounds the civilization problem positioning itself, and emphasizes the harmony between human civilization and the natural world. The literature has manifested the civilized philosophy and humanistic principles of China, and can be said to be the soul of Confucian Chinese philosophy. Similarly, as a philosopher who communicates with the classical era of German humanism and post-war modernity, Cassier explores the way his generation and their descendants think about humans from a civilized perspective, and regards people as “symbol animals.” Whether it is a civilized Confucian or a symbolic animal, humans are all civilized, which means that the pluralism plays the main influence in the recognition of components, and at the same time recognizes the most basic convention. The Confucianism of Shuchen-Casil civilization concept gives humans the convention and unique characteristicsThe stand-up includes both the main elements of Chinese civilization and the Goethe energy of the Golden Age of German humanism. The comparison and discussion between Confucian civilization philosophy and Cassil symbolic philosophy can help Chinese readers see their respective cooperation points and differences, better understand the Chinese people themselves and Oriental traditions, and cultivate a mind that is suitable for Confucianism and Cassil’s thoughts that are more open and inclusive.

1. The story of the death of two philosophers
